Unprofessional conduct & incompetent practice, my father having throat problem since 2 months

As my father having throat problem since 2 months and from 1 month undergoing for treatment with DR. R.S. GILL, Agra but he meet only with prior appointment that would be alloted only by 6:30 in the morning and on 16 th july, 2018 my father suffered from serious problem in throat infact get choaked & unable to speak well so I asked there to meet in emergency but they refuse inspite of requesting and they did not entertain & disconnect call then dey did not answer my calls any more. We were try to approach him only as the treatment was going on. This was so improfessional behaviour as they did not care about their patient health.
