i purchased fitfly[fitnesshub] home gym product by ebay and also shopclue. but i didn't receive product yet. i had contact seller. they told that was delivered. then i asked tracking number.they gave safe express courier tracking number. i had contact safe express courier office in muppathadam, kerala. they told given number of product is delivered in kannur kerala[my place kochi]..they didn't mistake. the seller give wrong tracking number and they didn't send product. my address of purchase is sharon nest apartment, 4-b, charekha lane, vazhakala, kakkanad,ernakulam,kochi-682021,Kerala

I'm Subham Kumar and my bank account no is 3947591109 of Central Bank of India.
when i was doing online shopping with my debit card on 23/11/15 30₹ and on 14/01/16 two times 98₹ was deducted without the successful payment done. when i asked them(paytm.com) they told they didn't got the payment from bank and i should go to bank for further details. And when i go to bank then the bank manager told me that my money won't be refunded and became angry and told me that he will deactivate my account. I need my money to be refunded to me. Please help me.
