Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent closure of the gym facilities without any prior notice or warning. As a paying member, I feel extremely disappointed and inconvenienced by this sudden closure.
Furthermore, I am disappointed that there was no communication from the gym management regarding the closure of the facility. I was not notified of the closure via email or any other means of communication. This lack of communication has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a loyal customer.
As a result of this closure, I am requesting a full refund of my gym membership fees for the month of March. I believe that it is only fair that I receive a refund as I have not been able to access the gym facilities that I paid for.
I would appreciate it if you could take immediate action to process my refund as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
