Complaint against Mac Fitness for refund of fees

I have taken membership in Mac Fitness on 15th July, 2019 for the period from 16th july 2019 to 14th august 2020. I have paid Rs. 8000.00 as a fees through debit card for that membership. There was a stay in gym because of SBI notice from 21st december 2019 to 31st december 2019. They told me that gym would open on 1st january 2020 but it would never opened and still closed. They did not receive my call and not giving any information about gym opening.

Hereby attached Fees Receipt.

Kindly concern my matter and do the needful ASAP.
