I applied for travel insurance policy online and made a payment of Rs.1756 on 13th of July. The reference ID for the same is 11261730. My policy has not been generated yet.
I have made multiple calls to the customer care number but have not received any solutions so far. I have also mailed the web sales and customer care team and after that to the seniors. The issue number is 63477244 but no solution yet.
