My consumer no.31311, registered with ref. no. 499464, date of booking 13.01.2015, cash memo no. 300024980, and second cash memo no. 3000258370 which shows delivery of cylinder but cylinder did not delivered to my address I humbly request you kindly send cylinder as soon as possible as Holi festival is near.
