नमस्कार,
मैं आपकी गैस सिलेंडर एजेंसी की एक नियमित उपभोक्ता हूं। मेरी शिकायत आपकी सेक्टर-13 स्थित एजेंसी में कार्यरत गैस सिलेंडर की स्लिप काटने वालों के विरुद्ध है। वे या तो स्लिप काटने में आनाकानी करते हैं और यदि वो स्लिप काट भी देते हैं तो वे गोदाम की स्टैंंप नहीं लगाते। हमारे गांव फूसगढ में किसी के घर भी सिलेंडर नहीं पहुंचाया जाता है। इस कारण हमें सिलेंडर गोदाम से लेकर आना पड़ता है परन्तु आपकी सेक्टर-13 स्थित एजेंसी द्वारा स्टैंप नहीं लगांई जाती। जिससे हमें प्रति सिलेंडर मिलने वाली छूट (लगभग 27₹) प्राप्त नहीं हो पाती। और ऊपर से आपकी एजेंसी में स्थित कर्मचारियों का दुर्व्यवहार भी झेलना पड़ता है।
