I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and serious concerns regarding my recent purchase experience with Muscle Beast Store. On September 18, 2023, I placed an order for Gaespari Whey Protein, 1 kg chocolate flavor, which, as of today, I have not received even after 10 days. Due to the prolonged delay in delivery and the lack of any communication or updates from your end, I took the decision to request the cancellation of my order and the immediate refund of the Rs. 3000 I paid. However, it has been four days since I started contacting your customer service team, and the situation has only worsened. I have been making daily calls to the provided contact numbers, namely (8595826051) and (7982723709). Regrettably, these attempts have been met with utter frustration as I receive no substantive response. In some instances, my calls were even disconnected without any explanation. Furthermore, your representatives have consistently provided excuses, promising delivery "by evening," "in the morning," or "within one hour." These false assurances have only added to my disappointment and anxiety.
Upon conducting a thorough online investigation, I stumbled upon disturbing information suggesting that Muscle Beast Store has been involved in selling counterfeit or substandard supplements at a significantly reduced cost, thereby deceiving unsuspecting customers like myself. I was shocked to find that my predicament is not an isolated incident, as there are more than 500 negative reviews detailing similar issues related to the sale of fake brand whey protein.

In an attempt to seek resolution, I also endeavored to contact the owner, Mr. Rajveer Singh, whose name is associated with Muscle Beast Store. Despite making over 50 calls and sending messages to him, I have received no response or acknowledgment of my concerns. To my disbelief, he even went so far as to block my friend who was attempting to inquire about the refund money.
I write this letter not only to address my individual grievance but also to shed light on a broader issue of concern. It is evident that your business practices have caused financial loss and emotional distress to numerous customers.
I urgently implore you to take immediate and substantive actions to rectify this situation. My primary requests are as follows:
1. Promptly refund the sum of Rs. 3000 to my account.
2. Investigate and resolve the issue surrounding my order and ensure its timely delivery without further delay.
3. Undertake comprehensive measures to rectify your business practices, including addressing the concerns of other affected customers and discontinuing the sale of counterfeit or substandard products.
