1. My insurance policy has changed from nil dep. policy to other category on the name of renewal of insurance policy without informing me or without my consent.
2. After accident of my vehicle claim settled at the base of spot survey without my consent, when i firmly opposed they cancelled this settlement.
3. I am being forced to stay at authorized workshop without any wages or help till repair of my vehicle and keep informing insurance company and getting survey done at every stage of vehicle repair if i need claim.
4. I am being threatened to keep deprived from insurance claim by their representative.
5. I am being offered another loan to get the vehicle repaired but they are not helping to get the vehicle repair under insurance claim.
