My uncle was roped into applying and paying for Club Mahindra Membership in 2015 and given false promises. Within 1/2 hour knowing the seriousness of the issue he tried to cancel the membership. But was denied and asked to pay 2 installments in order to process cancellation and avail free packages in the mean time.
No free or paid holidays were available for booking due to overbooking. The installments were paid regularly though. Now Uncle stopped paying and the dues are amounting to Rs.80,000/- Previously Rs.42,000/- have been paid.
Club Mahindra are denying cancellation and refund. Have asked to explain P & P's and found out that they do cancel memberships but don't refund any amount.
My uncle is retired and can make use of this money for his future needs.
