My self Sudhir House no 581 Village Mahra Sonipat.
On date 8.11.2021 I will purchage warranty of my LG top load washing machine for next one year From Royal service Authorize LG service center in sonipat. After that on date 30.12.2021 my machine is break down and I file a complaint on LG Customer Care and again service engineer come from Royal service at my home he cheak my machine and say damage part will be come in next 2-3 days. Again I call to that service engineer on date 06.01.2022 he tell me to tolk with Customer care About this warranty I call Customer care they tell me your machine warranty not extanded i shocked what is this and after that I tolk with Royal Service Authorize person on this mobile number 9991090256 that person say me i'm not in company he tolk with me very rudely and say me do what you can. we don't do any think on this matter. Sir i have payment Receipt that Google pay Number (9671822840) they Provide me for payment. Sir now i'm feeling they cheated me. I lost my 3000 Rs please help me on this matter. I have full faith in law and order. Please file a case on Royal Service Modal Town Sonipat.
