I had ordered raj kachori and vada pav
Which I asked to be packed and shld be hot
But to my surprise they packed my order too cold.
Which was not fresh as well when I had specifically asked for hot.
One pav costs 40 rs and I ordered two pieces which I was not able to eat.
When I called the contact number given on the bill the guy on the other hand is not accepting his mistake and is asking me to come back again and return the packet and take new pack .
Mannerless person and not good customer service.
He also disconnected my call while I was on the call which is also his ill mannerism.
I hope I will get response on this.
