Respected Sir / Ma’m
After contacting the upper said services I paid their fees and they said they will send profiles according to my needs. Since then they sent me 3/4 profiles out of which one worked for 3/4 days and as she was not proper I didn’t continue with her.
They had told they would send 6 trial maids but after her none was sent. I have been repeatedly requesting them but not picking up phone and on my WhatsApp messages just saying I am trying.
I have asked them for refund as it is going to be 1 month since I made an agreement. They have mentioned in their rules they will return 75% of fees if agreement is canceled. I have told them to cancel the agreement. Now they are not picking up phone to talk also. When they wanted fees they called and talked nicely. Now no answer. I am sending their contact number and address for your procedure. Please help me in getting my whole fees as they have not provided any maid.
