मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हूं कि 4th class की जो भर्ती प्रक्रिया कि जाती है। वह भर्तीयां दशवीं कि percentage के आधार पर ना हो कर आई टी आई (I.T.I) के आधार पर होनि चाहिए। Technical field में technical शिक्षा को ही महत्व मिलना चाहिए। कृप्या कर के इसके उपर विचार करें।
