Dear sir/ madam
My factory is completely shut down for 73 days due to nationwide lockdown. In the electricity meter the reading goes up only by 77 units for the month of april and may, but they charge approx 10000 for it.
I can't afford to pay 10000 after lockdown, for the thing i haven't use. Here are some details-
