Unefficient working of samaj kalyan - Samaj Kalyan Vibhag, Ghaziabad Complaints

a suspect was raised in the scholarship form for all the students other than up board in class 10th and the students were told to submit the marksheet again before 30/12/2018. as dated all the students have submitted it. after one month the suspect is still not been solved .whereas more than half of the students suspect have been cleared.
and now when we reach the samaj kalyan the officials behave in quite rude way and i think its not appropriate . hope you can do some favour for us.
