The Kohima Amazon delivery agency have not delivered my product to my delivery address instead they call me up to collect it from their office. I told them to delivered it to my address mentioned but instead they told me that if I cannot collect it they will returned the product and till now I have not received my product

Complain against Kohima Amazon delivery service by Z. Rhakho:
Amazon delivery service did not deliver my parcel but marked it as delivered. This is a serious breach of bussiness trust. The delivery boy on that particular day, time & place should be questioned & proper redress measure should be taken.
Cancelled my order without my permission by Rovizo Kotsu:
Delivery boy did not call me regarding my previous order and I got the message that my order had return.
This is my worst experience with this service.
Goods not delivered by :
I received the call and told the delivery boy to come near the exact address as I was out of station so that i could send someone to collect it but their was no response. In comparison with flipcart, amozon delivery boys are way behind. Hope they improve themselves.
