Sir ji maine 19.10.2016 ko amazon se usha sewing machine kaa prepaid order book kiya jiska order no.403-4753081-7741968 hai jiski kimat 7002rs hai ye item 21.10.2016 ko amazon ke traking detail mai delhi se left ho gayi(traking ka screenshot atteCh kiya hai) lekin aaj date 2.11.2016 tak mere adress gwalior deliver nahi huee, jabki amazon ke mere mobile app ke account ke order detail par inhone ise 26.10.2016 ko deliver bata diya, amazon ke customer support par 27.10.16 se 2.11.16 tak maine 4 se 5 baar complaint ki lekin unhone koi sahayta nahi ki or ab bol rahe hai ki ye item transit mai lost ho gayi hai, to maine kaha ki mera refund dijiye to bolte hai ki vo nahi ho sakta, kripya aap amazon par kadi se kadi karyawahi karein or mera refund dilwane ki sahayta pradaan karein, apka sahyog sarahneey hoga.
