Paid for connection but no response for next 2 weeks.

Hi,

I have applied for airtel broadband connection on 16th april 2016. I was told it will take hardly 1-2 days to complete the set up process.
For the next 1 week no one showed up. The person who came to take our application was not receiving my calls.
After 1 week I managed to talk to him so he sent a technical guy . He did some wiring and said other technical person will come for rest of the setup.
That person called up after 2 hours and said he wont be able to come today. we said we will file complain against him.
He was very rude and said do whatever you want he doesnt care and he hung up.
We filed a complain to Airtel with reference number- 67019018 . we were assured that everything will be done in 24 hrs .
As expected nothing happened so we refiled the complain and again no response from anyone.
I see regularly advertisement made by airtel , never thought they will be this much unprofessional .
There is no possible way to escalate these issues as no one actually gives a shit about customers .
These technical guys has updated to Airtel that connection not possible due to poor connectivity , where the flat owner was using airtel connection for the past
2 years.
I dont know where to go. I have given them 1000 bucks and I am stuck. Kindly resolve the issue.
