Multiple complaints against TIKONA for unstable network, multiple login requests etc

From past one month I am having frequent disruptions in my data. Every time i have to call tikona help desk to solve issue they then say no issue in my network but still the problem repeats. To call customer service it takes min 20 to 30min to talk to a customer executive by luck. i have called the toll number for resolution of my frequent disconnection issue but still my problem is not being treated seriously. And also, i am not using my registered number and i informed the same to tikona customer multiple executives and provided them my contact number and once an executive contacted me and said a technical person would visit my site and examine the physical cabling but i haven't heard anything regarding this from tikona yet. The problem is persisting since one month but no proper action is being taken yet i have call customer care for more than 30 times now and also left series of mail chain but getting no roper response. Also now i am having new problem in login for which i contacted router team. But still the problem is not resolved. There irrelevant and irresponsible reactions have caused mental harassment for me.

    I have already sent my details on 28th june to tikonacare@tikona.com and also customercare@tikona.com. Let me know if any other mail id's i need to add. Since past one month, i have been keep sending my issues and details to you. Are you not getting my mails or simply posting on jagograhak to show customer is not responding. Anyways i have mailed you keepinh mail@jagograhakjago.com in cc. ATLEAST NOW GO CHECK YOUR DATABASE FOR ALL MY MAILS AND CALLS.
