I have not received my order till now and on tracking it is showing delivered.

I have brought mobile from mi website.it has been send by delhivery courier.i have not received my courier till now and on tracking it is showing delivered to someone.on asking the delhivery courier customer care and mi customer care they are not giving satisfactory answer.when I was asked to sent proof of delivery they give me sent me wrong/fake proof of delivery that is not my signature.please advice me what to do against courier company and mi .
