Frequently disconnection and slow speed complaint aritel broadband internet

I am getting frequently disconnection issue with my aritel broadband since 1st July. I did complain regarding then technician visit and told that modem has issue, I brought new modem but problem was still same then they told that they have issue with the port at their end after 7 days they told that port has been changed but issue was still same.
Then they told that they has issue with DP which will take about 2-3 days to resolve. But after 4 days nothing happened and not any call from them.
As I am using it for my business use so losing my business and client too. I got so frustrated now, please help.
