False claims of MTS bought dongle prepaid

sir, I bought dongle prepaid, bearing no. 9141552259,on 16/02/2016 @ poorvika mobiles , Bommanahalli out let , Bangalore, with invoice no. S/BOMM/5917.
1. there was offer of 5GB data with 15mbs speed valid for 1 month, and paytm offer of Rs. 300/-, but neither speed never exceeded 135kbs to 685kbs as per MTS reading. validity was cut 15 days.
paytm money was never got it back.
2. subsquent recharge for holi, as offer came to my cell, stating recharge x amount and get 6GB data +Rs. 100cash back. accordingly I did recharge with debit card, on 22/03, but no extra data credited to account, in return validity was cut by 10days. no improve in speed and abrupt disconnection of net is usual.when I wrote them, they asked for proof, which was sms, and onscreen recharge display, where I can get back?
they never ever reply with solution to query/problem in their mails, but claim question is cleared even without reading it or understanding what is the problem. next I wrote their appellate, it seems it is below their dignity to respond to mails even after 2 months.
3. Becuse low speed I colud not do any trading, (stock and share/base metals)which requires dyanmic software and 5MBS minimum speed.I colud have earned at least Rs. 10,000/-in 2 months.
