FAKE BROADBAND CHARGES- LOK ADALAT NOTICE

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am undergoing harassment from reliance communication by receiving repetitive bill of unused consumption against the subscription ID: ID 365457611815 & A/C No is A/c 100000122369241 for the connection which I was using from Reliance Broadband 1yrs years back.
The service was terminated & confirmed to us on March 2015

I have requested for disconnection of broad band (along with the land phone which was provided by them for the broad band connection) from 1st week of Mar 2010 to reliance communication after clearing all my bills and I got an confirmation of the disconnection by reliance on MarCH and a representative came and visited my place to collect all the gadgets (like the phone, modem, wire) and I have handed over the same as well.


In spite of confirmation of service termination request, I started getting calls from them and I clearly mentioned that the service was terminated effective Mar 2010 to Reliance Representative who so ever called me up from time to time.

I was asked to pay the bill for which I had not used.

Today, after 1 years I got a legal notice from LOK ADALAT to appear on Pre Litigation Lok Adalat on for the litigation dispute of not paying the bills.
Needless to say this is very unprofessional and dissatisfactory from Reliance side where they treated their customers so cheaply and so reluctant to look into past history.
The notification that I received today says that I have to be present on LOK ADALAT . Do you think that I have to leave my all work and go to LOK ADALAT court, PUNE to sort out this matter legally where I have not used it at all and not held responsible?

If so then I would request please escalate this matter further to your grievances before I launch one more complaint with consumer court or legal action on such harassment caused by you.
