Sir A company Named DG Services that is from latur maharastra is a form filling company. One of their Employee once called me and said we are offering you a form filling job sent me a address proof document 2-3 day he continually follow-up me then I say ok and I sent him my adhaar photo copy on whatsapp and then they made a aggreement on a non judiciary stamp of my name (without my confirmation ) as second party and their own as second party. He told me check email and put otp on website for complete registration and Then they sent me a user id or passworld and sent me a website link named workfromhomes.in and when I read agreement (which is made without my confirmation)it says , 1500 form completed within 10 day or accuracy 90% required if not submitted work or failed I have to pay utility charges, then I call helpline number and told him I disagree with your agreement please cancel , he told it only formality you just complete your task and cut the call. I message to mr. nitin on whatsapp but did not reply me, then I completed the task and submitted in 10 days, on 24-08-2018 .
On 29 -8-2018 I got text message “your case id 1300785 is going to legal procedding kindly call 9081441150”
After few minute I got second text message “if you are not doing the payment till 1 o clock then we will proceed your file kindly contact in 9081441150”
And after 1 o’clock I got 3rd text message “we have sent you the notice soft copy on your email reply within 7 days or call 9081441150”
He send me notice via gmail, they are sending me some thing legal notice type thing and demanding me the utility charge Rs.4900 + 2700 pay within 4 days. and tailing me If you not paid this I will Impose some legal acts on you. Please check this whole matter
