Delivered someone elses product to us

Flipkart delivered a product that dont even have our name and address on it. It was meant for someone named Sanjeev Duggal, in Bajwara kalan, my son received the product, as I was not at home at that time they charged Rs400 for it, by the time we looked at the package it had nether our name address or even pin code of our area. We filled complain same day and since then, we have been calling about this issue daily with customer support they are just saying we will look into the matter. We had been filling complain since 30th May.
