Complaint against Fraud: Instead of 4 MBPS I am getting below 512 KBPS speed

Hi,

I am Arpit Kasliwal and writing this email as I would like to register a complaint.

I bought Tikona 4 MBPS connection 15 days before from
Tikona Digital and from that day I am facing speed and connection related issues. From the date of connection I am trying to contact Tikona customer care and they are just trying to avoid me. Every time their customer executives said we are looking into your request and will send engineers to check the connection. But till today my problem is not resolved.

I have all the logs of Speed test and I can submit that as evidence.

Tikona did fraud with me, in the place of 4 MBPS speed they are giving me below 512 KBPS speed even most time internet connection is not working.

I am a software engineer and I used to call US clients using this internet connection but because of Tikona speed and fraud I am not able to make any calls from last 15 days and it is creating issues on my client relationship front.

I would request please look into my request and help me to recover my losses

Its a fraud case as they promised 4MBPS of speed and giving only 512KBPS speed
