Complain for BSNL internet Broadband was disturbed for 8 days

My broadband was disturbed for 8 days from 13th June 2016 to 21 June 2016. Since it was the fault of company i requested them to adjust the bill amount in next bill, which they refused stating, also they said that if i am interested take the service else leave the service.
