Complain against reliance broadband internet for Extra charges in bill

Hope you doing well
I am a customer of reliance broadband internet, this month I have been charged 100 ruppees extra in my bill. On asking them they said its late fees charges, But in bill they clearly mentioned that they will charge only 2.5% late fee or rs 25 whichever is higher.
2.5% of my last month bill comes out to be 21.725 only, but they charged 100.

On calling them they talk so rudely, customer call answer calls after hours, make me hold on call for hours. I have been mentally tortured by these hold tones
