Breach Of Contract and Compensation Claim - AK group (akgroup.developers@gmail.com)

As per contract with afore mentioned company. Agreed to make furniture for a room in my house, a sofa for hall with cushions and a shoe cabinet.
As per agreement they have to complete all works within 45 days from the date of 50% percent payment as advance (paid 19 March 2018.)
Due date to deliver all is on 05th of May. Partial furniture work was done after 60 days and still some ceiling lights work is not completed. Sofa delivered but no cushion delivered yet. Shoe cabinet was completed just a week ago.
therefore I want to claim the compensation as per the contract which is IRS 5000.00 per day for each day of delay.
