I have made an online payment of Rs.5912.46/- (with Shipping charges) against aquarium products, on 20th June, 2016. It was supposed to be shipped together within 12 working days. Now almost after repeated reminders sent across via "Contact Form" available on the website (makemyhobby.com), I happened to see only 1 product sent by Split Registered Parcel (Tracking ID:-CA056879568IN) in regional post-office at yerawada, although there is no sign of other purchased products under the Invoice number #98501 with Make My Hobby.
I am not been provided with the periodical Process/transit details, unless i mail them, there is no point of contact to reach the Customer care other than the so called (CONTACT FORM). Neither all of my purchased products have reached me nor they are cooperating to refund my money. I am kept in dark with the status of my purchase. its almost 8 days left now to happen a month for this transaction placed online and I have not yet received products.
I had always requested for status updates, quick shipment of my products invoiced #98501, or a quick refund to my account if unable to process the shipping in on-time, so as i shall use the money to buy somewhere else, but yet none has happened.
