Non professional approach to closure of service request

I had registered a service request with 180001033404 the IFB customer care for repair to the IFB senator Washing machine held with me. This service request was to be attended by JustRepair Service, Vasundhara Ghaziabad. The technician came and did not carry out the repairs satisfactorily.He replaced the important parts and billed me Rs12760 -. Despite repeated requests the agency has not bothered to send any technician to rectify the continued defects to my satisfaction.
