No action has been taken fir my return request, I ordered a crochetin linen saree from snapdeal

I ordered a crochetin linen saree from snapdeal from my registered id'jaikuldip@gmail.com' but I received another saree.I raised return request on 3rd feb but same day my return request was closed.No action has been taken by snapdeal till now.They are making me fool only.
