I have bought Milton thermosteel before 5 months but i felt it's not working properly

I have bought Milton thermosteel before 5 months but i felt it's not working properly ,it's can't keep my tea or coffee worm for long time.i think their is some problem within it's cap it becomes worm when u put something hot inside,and it's losses heat.result ur tea/coffee become cold.
