Invoice not yet recieved from eZone

I have bought an OTG from eZone - Phoenix Marketcity Pune on 3rd April. When I purchased I was told that that the price of the product has not been updated in system hence they will send the invoice later. I was just given a manual reciept of the payment I made. But still after 12 days they have not sent me any invoice. I have called their customer care multiple times and everytime I always get the reply that I would get it by "today". I have finally escalated this and got a complaint ID but still there is no update on that Complaint. The complaint ID is 5199046.
