Sir,
Respectfully it is submitted & demanded as under:
1) That I have submitted my mobile phone (MI4I-339-MI16G-Dual SIM) with Job sheet number JS16061401462 Serial Number: 868139020695620 dated on 14th June 2016.
2) That my mobile phone has CHARGING PROBLEM and submitted phone to the service center.
3) That your executive service engineer assured me to replace the charging jack and return to me by 29th June 2016.
4) That I visited service center on 28th June and got written reply from your executive (Mr. Ranjeet, Mobile Number-7065292525) “Handset is not repaired due to parts not received from warehouse Hence it is pending for part. Once received at service center, we will repair the same.”
5) That It is hardly a 15 minutes job and your service center is taken 15days time to get it repaired and this 15 days is also less for the service center and Now what after sale service expect from this company?
6) That as per the consumer right I am not availing product services after investment of huge amount for purchasing the handset. Because of the delay the warranty of handset is also affecting.
7) That I am still not aware about the delivery dates after discussing from MI Experience Service Center and customer care executive Ashray with complaint number 1935676 dated on 29th June 2016.
8) That I am suffering my business loss because of loss in my business due to delay in providing my handset from your service center I may go for higher authorities for asking justice.

    I have not received my mi4 phone repaired yet after 23 days.

    I reported to customer care in the following ways since last 1 week:

    1>I complained via online chat service more than 4 times and everytime they assured that they will resolve the issue and contact within 24-48 hours.i still got no result from there.

    2>I posted a customer service complaint thread on the forum of xioami and the link is

    " http://en.miui.com/thread-308845-1-1.html" but it has been days I got no reply from the mi officials about resolving the issue.

    3>I called at the service centre repeatedly and they also could not give any particular date for delivering my phone yet its been already 23 days since I gave my phone and they asked me for 15 days.

    please check my issue and try toresolve it.
