Aircel deducts Balance by forcing unauthorized subscriptions without consent

Unauthorized subscription of Social Book = Rs. 75/- gone for unauthorised subscription without my consent – Mobile No. 8013185100. This is the 4th time, I am facing this ridiculous unauthorised subscription. Again its Aircel, cheating and looting public’s money by activating some of their products without taking consent from the customer. My earlier balance was Rs. 121.77, but now came down to Rs. 46.77 due to this type of cheating money from their customers account. No subscription service request has been raised. I enclose the screen shots for the last 2 service requests and I can challenge you that Aircel cannot show any value added service request from my end. This is a perennial problem I am facing from Aircel’s subscribing unauthorised promos and deducting balance from Customers account.
This time they have charged Social Book = Rs. 75/- subscription. What a fun! They don’t even take the trouble of interacting with the customer. One have to keep on going from 1 to 9 numbers and back, hours after hours and sometimes having their server down. Most worst customer care in this mobile world. Plz help me so thay Aircel would credit Rs. 75.00 with immediate effect to my account. I did sms STOP 155223, to stop the subscription. As and when I found that my balance came down to 46.77, I enquired through sms, but that time, i got the message, server is busy and giving sms “Sorry, we cannot process your request. I have got all the sms from aircel which could not be enclosed as there is no option to attach. Still I am trying to attach all the sms and the last 2 service requests for any subscription. There is no request for subscription has been raised. They can start the subscription without consent and deducting my balance. This time, I think I should go to Consumer Forum if my complaint does not solve by Aircel Team
