The shipment was not sent to me. I got no call to take it outside the premises.i got messages mentioned below that package was about to reach me. But the delivery boy did not even contacted me. I am very disappointed with the service of Blue Dart.please take strict action against this.

Today's delivery was refused by the delivery person and asked me to come outside more than a kilometer away from the delivery place as there was only one parcel to be delivered as told by him.
