Replacement of Godrej AC consumer case

We have purchased Godrej split air condition on 29.05.2016 from Avtar Electronics , R K Puram New Delhi-110022. Ph no: 26174745 bill amount of Rs. 33000/- + 3675 for installation total 36675/-. Now we are facing a problem in this AC is that its not cooling. We have logged the complaint to Godrej customer care with complaint no D1406214022 on 14.06.2016, they send the technicians for the same and technician told us that your ac gas is leaked and they suggest us to refill the gas. On 15.06.2016 they fill the gas and on same day in evening again gas leaked.
We again logged complain to costumer care for this and customer care person provide us a contact no of senior team manager Mr. Sanjay Rawat Contact No : 9810041216. at that very time i called this person they tell us that pls provide me the complaint no and i will look into this matter. now when i called to that person he didn't pick my call and also i have visited to that shop from where i have purchased that ac, that shopkeeper is not giving me the positive response.
I fed up with this company and i don't suggest any person to buy any product from this company. I know that it is a big company but this type of negative response in not tolerable. I want this ac to be replaced with a new tested ac or otherwise i want my cash back which i have spent for this ac.
