I purchased a phone from flipkart last year 28 april 2015.. There was a problem with proximity sensor of my phone and i gave it in agra service centre on 25 feb 2016 and they assured to repair the phone by 14 march then kept on extending the dates saying part is still pending and kept 15 april as the final date and promised me to increase the warranty as they have delayed the repair but now on enquiring there is no proper reply of warranty extention and the customer care only reply that i can finally collect my phone but as they promised they havent provided any mail for warranty..
