Complaint for Hacking problem of Jio Barcode ?

Hello, I had purchased a mobile Lenovo wide K5 and downloaded a Barcode to get a Sim Card delivered through the verification of in Aadhar card but when I went to the distributer, I was told that the Barcode had already been hacked.
