Regarding the issue of coins of rupees 1 and 2, not accepted by the shopkeeper

The shopkeeper in our colony does not take the coins of rupees 1 and 2. Even if the product is of rupees 5 he asks for 5 rupees note. All the people of our colony are very unappreciated by this things. We want to take action against him but at first we were not having any proof but now we have an voice recording as a proof. We'll be waiting for a positive respond
