Not replacing my product from 40 days complaint against BigC stores

I am sending this mailto BigC somany times but not getting replies.
Dear BigC,
I purchased Senheiser ear phones from your store on 05/09/2017 with one year warranty. But from december 2nd week onwards it is not working properly. I contacted your stores in Arandalpet(Guntur town) from 22nd Dec onwards. But your great people are simply avoiding my replacement request with single and same answer that they dont have stock and I have to wait for the stock. I can understand the stock out situation in your store. But how many days?? Finally i am thanking that your will not give respect to replacing customers. Thank you for wasting my time. Have a great sales in Sankranthi season.
1st request - on 22nd Dec-Your answer is come after 2 days.
2nd request - on 25thdec-your anwer is-sale are very high today because of festivals, come after 1stJan
3rd request - 3rd Jan-your answer-come after 10 days
4th request - on 13th Jan-your store manager saying that "what can we do we don't have stock,wait some days".

Forget to tell one more thing. Between these days I purchased 1 more set of ear phone's from your store.

Finally DEAR BIGC NOT ONLY SALES, PLEASE FOCUS ON SERVICE.
