Sir, my wife was hospitalised (metro hospital, haridwar) from 2 March 2019 to 18 March 2019. I have aayushman card me and my wife. And hospital is also listed in aayushman scheme. Still hospital has charge from me. Hospital (aayushman - mitra) told me that our doctor ( dr. Ashish Rout - pulomology ) is not in aayushman panel. After that hospital has charge from me approx. 3,50,000 Rupee's
