Have applied for act fibernet connection in New Delhi.
Mr jagat Act representative took the payment on 30th September 2019.
Now he is not picking my calls nor ACT helpline numbers are providing any solution.i have receipt of the payment made.
I have made atleast 50 calls to Act helpline number and to mr jagat.
MR jagat doesnt pick my calls and Act helpline number says they will arrnage a call back but in past 96 hours they have failed to arrange a single call.
I want to take ACT FIBERNET to consumer court .Please guide me for the same.
