I purchased new Maccoy Air Cooler Marine 70L on 23-4-2016 with cash memo no 305 Amt 9500/- from Vicky Electronics Indore but within 12 days the water pump of the cooler stopped working. I lodged the complain on 06-4-2016 via comp id MAD165061448 but its unresolved even after 5 days.
in the hottest month of summer if one has to live without coller then whats the worth of buying such expensive product.
Due to such poor manufacturing and worst customer service I demand refund of my money. .
Please help me in getting my hard earned money back.
