Sub: Manufacturing Defect in Display
The Display has long vertical black line from top to bottom and which is there all and the time and blinking in the middle of the screen.
I have order a new mobile on 17/06/2016 from Ebay.in which was delivered on
23/6/16.
Which i came to found out that was old, used and repaired, I paid the price for the new handset for the reasond that Ebay.in claims on their website that if there is any kind of fraud done by the seller on Ebay, they takes the guarantee of buyer money to protect him/ her from any kind of fraud.
Here in this case the seller has written on their advertisement that they hold the full responsibility of the item but what thy sold at the price of new was old and used handset.
I discussed this issue with the customer care executive of Ebay.in that they had sent me an old and faulty handset, but instead of helping me to return the item the lady was telling me to go and get it repaired at the lenovo customer care.
I think that ebay and the sellers both are involved in such kind of scams of cheating customers of selling such malfunctioned products and then harassing them to use such products without providing them proper assistance when the seller is committing such kind of crime.
I bought my product is under 10 days buyers protection policy from Ebay.in.
I have wrote many emails to Ebay,in as well as phones calls to the Ebay.in customer care but
in spite of helping me they are rejecting my request.
I have call recording and emails if EBay.in wants for verification.
Where the customer care executive is threatening me that Ebay.in is not responsible for changing the handset or money return. I have to get it repaired from lenovo center.
Kindly help me to solve the problem so as to obtain the refund at the earliest.
