SBI ATM - Amount debited from account but didn't dispense from atm machine

I want to withdraw 1000 rs from sbi account through sbi atm but when the amount was ready to come out then there is power failure so when the power come the atm goes out to order and no amount is dispense but the amount is debited from my account I registered a complaint on there customer care and they give me a complaint ticked no. AT429244573511 and me to within 7 days my issue will resolved but its more than 7 days now and my complaint is still under process and no amount is credit in my account so plz help me to resolve my issue my sbi branch code is 00724 kurukshetra thanedar main branch.
