Harassed consumers complaint of Micromax

Dear Sir,

I Barun gupta had purchased a Micromex mobile Dodle 3 A102 from The mobile store Limited Moti Nagar New Delhi in the month of May 27,15.

As per the law after 10 months of purchase the mobile have speaker problem then I am going to micromex service center for reapairing(date 30-04-2016) he says i have reapaired you mobile with in 21 days
from your Company, but I am still waiting for my mobile .I have made many visits to
the micromex service center office but no response from their side.In the month of May24 they told me
that my mobile is under process and wait for 24 days more.

I had spoken to micromex custumer care but there are
also not giving me any answer.

I would request you to kindly look into the matter.
