Faulty Bike & mental and physical by harassment service center by Pulsar AS150 from Bajaj Auto

Hello, I had purchased a Pulsar AS150 from Bajaj Auto. After completion of arround 1000 kms the bike started getting tappet noise isse. Today it has completed around 9100 but still the issue exists. I have given the bike to the service center (Executive Bajaj, Ghatkoper) for around 8 times, still the issue is not resolved. Can you please help me by sending a legal notice to them. I will move to court if the engine is not replaced ASAP.

I am tiered by taking the new bike to service center again and again. The mental harassment and the physical harassment which they have given is too high.
